Recruitment Process

To All Prospective Candidates,

We want you to understand what is involved with our selection process as well as what is involved in terms of your time to participate.

Our selection process consists of an initial survey, a short phone interview, a technical skill assessment and 2 job match assessments that all together will require about 4 hours of your time. Candidates will be informed at each step whether they have qualified for the next step. All responses will be held in confidence.

During the process, a technical skill test may be given for the position. This testing is conducted at our downtown Chicago office at 10 South Riverside Plaza. The time required to complete these tests is between 1-2 hours depending on the position.

All the assessments require web access to take the assessments online. You will receive an invitation via email explaining the assessment process, as well as your User ID and Password to access the online assessments. The time needed to complete each assessment ranges from 5 to 60 minutes.

The final phase of the selection process is an interview with Vestor Capital management at our downtown Chicago office requiring 2 to 3 hours in total of your time.
