Our solution has been to adopt a leading edge technology known as a 'virtual desktop' which is offered through Citrix Systems. Through Citrix you are able to pull from a menu any one of a number of tools to include client accounts, marketing documents, CRM, planning tools and the like. None of these programs or tools sit on your laptop cluttering your hard drive, rather, they are securely stored and operate from a safe and dedicated server that is backed up daily.
Client Reporting
Our quarterly reporting solution is provided by Fortigent and delivers consolidated performance reporting to clients in a timely manner. Performance reporting can include performance by asset class versus each respective benchmark as well as a blended performance and blended benchmarks. Reports can be customized for specific client needs.
